The bagels are being crammed into the bag sloppy and arrive damaged.
You ship FedEx 2 Day, but it is also FedEx Weekday. My bagels sat in a FedEx building all weekend. I got stale bagels. You shipped on the 13th. I got them on the 17rh. 2 day shipping my back side. Not good.
