The only common allergens that are present in our products are wheat and sesame. All of our bagels contain wheat.

None of our bagels contain animal products - they are 100% Vegan.

As fantastic as all your other flavors

I am a little confused by the few poor ratings for the rainbow bagel that I saw on here. I have only written this review to offer a counter to those complaints.
New Yorker Bagels does not make a "bad" bagel. There might be flavors that one might not care for, like some of my customers shy away from the garlic bagels, which are simply fantastic. What do people expect from an essentially plain bagel with food coloring? The small amount of mixed fruits is a nice addition to this pillow soft bagel. Smear some cream cheese on it, pair it with a cappuccino, and you're set for the morning.
I frequently sell these out quickly, and it disappoints my customers. I have never had anyone tell me they did not like it. They rave about it, as with all of the other flavors I carry.

I do not know if it is food coloring or what dried them out but there was no moistness in these. Both the raisin and apple raisin were moist, These were tasteless and dry and ended up being given to the birds
