The bagels arrived the very next day! I was so excited, I opened the box (my first ever) and prepared one right away, and froze the rest. It was delicious, soft, amazing! The next morning I pulled one out of the freezer and prepared it according to instructions, I was impressed it tasted just as good as the first. I’m so excited about this and will definitely be ordering more!

We love your bagels. However, I prefer mine (usually get poppy seed) lighter rather than darker. The 6 poppy seed bagels I picked out are dark on the outside which makes them not as soft. Is there a way to ask for them to be lighter when I put in my next order?
