I followed the instructions and put them right in the freezer. I let them defrost and then into the toaster oven. They come out nice and crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Love these bagels. I actually cut them in half and eat 1/2 on day and the other half the next day! You know cut the carbs and still enjoy NY Bagels
