I remember visiting New York in the 50's and having Jewish Deli bagels that were boiled then toasted; crusted on the outside, chewy in the middle. But alas things have changed since then, and very few places, definitely not here in Spokane, still hold to that tradition. But in all fairness, these bagels beat anything produced around here, which is just heated bread dough in warming ovens. The size is very generous and they are fresh, considering the travel time to get here. And free shipping is a definite plus.
Therefore, I think you have a great product and I will continue to try other varieties.
Incidentially, freezing is best when I get then, and I spritz a little warm water after thawing and before putting them in my toaster oven. It's the closest thing to the 50's that I can remember. You have a good product and I will continue to buy more. Thanks for asking my opinion. Happy Easter!
