As a native New Yorker transplanted to the south, it is hard to find a quality bagel that is crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. Trust me I have tried many. And since going to NY isn’t a frequent thing , ordering from New Yorker bagels makes me less homesick and more satisfied. The bagels come to you fresh, smelling like they would as if I walked to my local bagel shop at home, carrying them in the brown paper bag smelling the savory aroma as I walked down the street heading home.
