None of our bagels contain animal products - they are 100% Vegan.

Once a Nyer always a Nyer- Born and raised in Brooklyn, living in VA presently, recently attended a wedding in Prospect Park, stopped at bagel store omw to JFK stuffed 6 in my suitcase. That said? Your bagels are so delicious! and HUGE, so fresh, froze em in bags of 4-but going fast. Thank you for bringing home to me! Sure to be a return customer--now i need a years supply of cream cheese :)
