Missing NYC in Florida....You FIXED IT!!
I live on the Nature Coast (west) in Florida. It is a bagel wasteland. I so miss my NJ/NY bagels. I have been ordering for over a year, usually 2 dozen at a time, every few months. I slice them when they arrive and freeze. They are PERFECT after a light toast in the toaster oven. LOVE THEM!!!

1. Outer box was not sealed, although inner bags seemed intact.
2. Bag with sesame bagels only had five (not six) bagels.
So some quality control issues.
