The best bagel I have ever had! I can only eat half a bagel because they are so big! The order came in when you said it would be shipped and as soon as I picked them up I could smell them through the box 😋

Had to put 1 as it would not accept 0 stars. I will Never buy from NYBagels again.
I ordered bialys and 2 had mold and one had raisins in it. I sent an email along with pictures. I had to throw them away. They did not offer to replace so I disputed my purchase with my cc company. Being from Brooklyn, even the good one that i did eat was disgusting. Shame on NYBagles for lousy product and lousy customer service.
