Our fresh onion Bialys are similar to Bagels, except that they are baked, not kettle-boiled. This creates a flatter, denser style of dough, with the Bialys' famous depression in the center, which our bakers fill with flavorful garlic and onion prior to baking.
You get 2 dozen fresh, handmade NYC bialys, shipped fresh to you with free 2-day shipping. No preservatives of any kind, no saturated fat or Trans fat, plus Star-K, pas Yisroel Kosher certified.

While I love all of the bagels I have purchased from this company, the Bialy is one that I will never get again. I toasted it with butter and it was very salty. Later I tried it with cream cheese and it was still too salty, I ended up giving them away. I will stick with my usual bagels they are awesome.
