These bagels are Great! The toast up light and crispy, not just on the cut side, the outside lightly crisps too. The raisins are large, soft and visible throughout! Can't go wrong with any New Yorker Bagel, but the cinnamon raisin are a family favorite!
NYB: As a long term emigre from NYC I've suffered from "Hypobagelemia" for many years. Local bagel substitutes just don't satify. A year ago my son & daughter-in-law sent me a gift of 6 monthly NYBs and I've been hooked on them ever since. A delivery last winter remained at my front door too long. The squirrels got to it before me & they didn't leave a crumb! So it's not only Upper West Side emigres who love NYB. Your cinnimon bagels are excellent. They provide a nice break from the plain & poppey seed. As you suggest, a few minutes out of the freezer & then 5 mins in the air fryer at 400 deg. & then slice the sun-tanned bagel & slosh it with butter ellicits for me a cullinery ****.

The delivery was a problem. I was notified delivery would between 12-3. Did not come until 9. I waited around all day for the carton.
These bagels were enormous and so fresh.. highly recommend
Our family is very picky about bagels we have tried many in Florida and none have compared to NY Bagels!!! We were very happy on taste, ease of ordering and receiving quickly.
I bought these on a whim since finding real bagels outside of NY/NJ is impossible. Got my first batch and have never looked back. Have been ordering these continuously since then. They freeze and store well and come with instructions on how to handle them. This is a great find and an even better product.
